Public website and browsing data

This informational website is served as static files. It does not require an account, contain forms or incorporate analytics services, trackers or analytics cookies. Its visual resources load from the same website.

The web server logs access requests for service operation and diagnostics. These logs may include IP address, date and time, requested URL, response code, browser and referring page if supplied by the browser.

Application access

WorkPlace and Finance are separate applications from this public website. Features and access to information depend on the environment, account and assigned permissions.

The applications may manage employee information, documents and business management data according to the enabled modules. This public page does not provide access to that data or replace the conditions and controls applicable to each application.

Communications and SMS

CPRO contemplates transactional and operational communications. Intended SMS uses include access codes where applicable, important operational alerts and notices about pending approvals or other relevant system actions. It is not presented as an advertising or bulk campaign service.

SMS is subject to enablement for the applicable account and environment. Production sending is not enabled in the audited implementation and AWS evaluation is ongoing; publishing this website does not constitute approval. Additional consent, eligibility and opt-out policies and mechanisms are required before production enablement.

Implemented preferences allow certain optional inbox and email notifications to be disabled; mandatory notifications cannot be disabled through those preferences. These options do not enable SMS. SMS opt-out mechanisms require validation before production use.

If you choose to email us, your message and the information you include will be used to address your inquiry. Send only the information needed and avoid including passwords, credentials or sensitive documents.
